We are local professionals with nearly 10 years of experience in the Budapest long-term rental market. Our primary focus has always been long-term letting and property management (kiadva.com is our main page).
Over the years, we have met many foreign tenants who had to change apartments shortly after moving in — simply because they made a rushed decision without fully understanding the local rental environment.
Unlike many others, we understand both sides. We work in property management, so we know the landlord perspective — but we are equally capable of representing and protecting tenant interests.

Our pricing is flexible and depends entirely on the level of support you need. We believe in transparent, fair, and reasonable fees — tailored to your specific situation.
Individual Services (for example):

Lease agreement review:
If you only need us to review a rental contract before signing, the fee typically ranges between 10,000–15,000 HUF, depending on the length and complexity of the document. -
Translation of a notarial deed:
Translation and explanation of a notarized document costs 15,000 HUF. (Not all landlords require this document; however, most do, as it is the most effective legal instrument for protecting both parties in the event that the lease agreement needs to be terminated.) -
Maybe you just need someone who tells you everything you need to know but don't need personal assistance (for eg. "is a given apartment in the safer part of a district? is the rental fee reasonable? what to look out for before signing a lease contract? how do I know whether I'm signing the lease contract with the actual owner and not just a scammer?": The pricing of this service really just depends on how many questions you have and how long a (video) call will take. For a normal session (40-70 minutes) we will charge 10.000 -15.000 HUF.
